Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using Vizqon (the “Service”), operated by Rexiqon, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. The Service

Vizqon is a browser-based tool that renders audio-reactive videos from files you supply. All processing happens on your device. The Service is provided free of charge, without accounts, and without watermarks on exported files.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also introduce paid features in future, but doing so will not retroactively affect videos you have already exported.

3. Your content and your rights

You retain all rights to the audio, images and video you supply, and to the videos you export. We claim no licence, ownership or interest in any of it, and we could not exercise one if we wanted to, because your files never reach us.

You may use exported videos for any lawful purpose, including commercial and monetised distribution, with no attribution required.

4. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the material you use with the Service. You confirm that:

• you own, or have the necessary licences, rights and permissions for, every piece of audio, artwork and video you load;
• your use of the Service and distribution of the resulting videos does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy or other right of a third party;
• you comply with the terms of any platform you upload the output to, including its rules on music licensing and monetisation.

Because we never receive your files, we cannot vet them and take no responsibility for them. Any claim arising from material you supply is yours to answer.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service to produce material that is unlawful, harassing, hateful or infringing;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Service or the systems serving it;
• interfere with, obscure or artificially interact with advertisements displayed on the site;
• scrape, resell or redistribute the Service itself as your own product, or remove or alter any attribution in the site’s source.

6. Advertising

The Service is funded by advertising. We display advertisements on our informational pages, and we may ask you to disable an ad blocker in order to use the studio. Advertisements are supplied by third parties; their content is not our endorsement, and any dealings you have with an advertiser are between you and them. 7. Intellectual property in the Service

The Vizqon name, branding, interface, visualizer designs and underlying software remain the property of Rexiqon. These terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service as provided. Nothing here transfers ownership of the Service to you.

8. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with your browser or hardware, or that any export will complete successfully.

Rendering happens on your device and depends on your browser, drivers and available memory. Save your work and keep your source files.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rexiqon will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for any loss of data, revenue, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you have paid us, which for a free service is zero.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions of liability. Where that is the case, these exclusions apply only to the extent permitted.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rexiqon from any claim, demand, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of material you supply to the Service, your distribution of exported videos, or your breach of these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision, and continued use after a change means you accept it. If a change is significant, we will make reasonable efforts to highlight it on the site.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts of India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
