About Vizqon

A music visualizer that runs on your computer instead of ours — which is the reason it can be free, watermark-free and private all at once.

Why we built it

Making a visualizer video used to mean one of three bad options: pay a subscription, accept a logo stamped across your work, or learn After Effects. The tools that were free capped you at 720p, queued your render behind everyone else’s, and asked you to upload an unreleased track to a server you knew nothing about.

Browsers changed what was possible. WebGL, WebCodecs and the Web Audio API now make it realistic to decode a song, analyse its spectrum and render a 4K video frame by frame without any of it touching a network. Once that is true, the usual reasons to charge money and add watermarks mostly disappear — there is no render farm to pay for.

How it works

When you load a track, your browser decodes it and runs a fast Fourier transform over it, producing a frequency spectrum and a waveform for every point in the song. Those numbers drive whatever style you have chosen: bar heights, ring radii, particle brightness, the shape of a tunnel wall.

Export does not screen-record the preview. It steps through the analysed audio one frame at a time, draws each frame at full resolution, and hands it to your browser’s hardware video encoder. That is why a long track stays perfectly in sync and never drops a frame, and why the same song always produces exactly the same video.

There are currently 21 styles, ranging from a plain spectrum analyser to genuine 3D scenes with perspective and depth. You can see all of them on the styles page.

What it is not

This is not an AI music video generator. Nothing here invents footage or interprets your song. Every movement on screen corresponds to something measurable in the audio. If you want cinematic scenes cut to a track, a generative tool is the right choice, and we say so on our comparison page.

How it is funded

Advertising on our informational pages, and nothing else. We do not sell your data — we do not have your data. Your audio, artwork and exported videos never reach us, which you can confirm yourself with your browser’s network inspector. The details are in our privacy policy.

Who we are

Vizqon is built and maintained by Rexiqon. If you have found a bug, want a style added, or simply want to show us what you made with it, we would genuinely like to hear from you — get in touch.
